Livingston, TX
I'm sure you probably guessed that plans continue to be made in bubbles and we're not leaving on Sunday. Although the tech was here on Tuesday, the warranty company didn't give us the authorization until today (they take 24-48 hours and although I begged them to expedite the claim, all they could do is "their best." Ha ha). By the time the tech got the news, it was too late in the day for the shipment of the new pump to go out. He's going to see how much overnight costs. If it's under $100, we may split the cost with him. Of course, if it's several hundred dollars, it'll have to go Ground which means it won't get here until the middle of next week. Even overnight, it'll arrive on Saturday and we have to hope he'll work on Sunday. Otherwise we'll leave on Tuesday.Meanwhile, we'll be having our rig weighed tomorrow morning. It'll be the first time ever, and I'm feeling a bit anxious that we're overweight. Guess that means Mitch will have to start getting rid of all the stuff he claims he needs (but hasn't touched for 2 1/2 years).
Check back as the saga continues to unfold.....
