Overview: Thanksgiving
This was the first Thanksgiving we spent living on the road. We have visited with Jessica and Griffin for the past 3 years, but it was always for a long weekend, with a 10 hour drive before and after. It was so wonderful to "have house will travel" and just head on down the road to our own place.The day was very enjoyable. Doris arrived from NYC yesterday and spent the night with us. It was the first time we opened the sofa bed in the living room and discovered it was NOT one of the luxury items in the coach! The mattress was horrendous, that she couldn't sleep on it. Oh well - next time we hope to have the air mattress.
Thanksgiving day was spent with Jess, Griffin, Doris, and their friend Shannon. Below are some photos of us and the incredible spread - kudos, as always, to the great chef, my daughter!
