Augusta, GA
The coasts of NC and SC are getting slammed pretty bad, but it looks like this massive, monster hurricane has decided to take a more westerly, northerly path and will just about miss us completely. We may be in the very, very outlying ridge, but the expectation from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning is winds about 15-20 mph with gusts up to 30, and less than an inch of rain. So looks like we're pretty much in the clear for now.It also looks like we will be taking the rig with us next Tues/Wed for Yom Kippur and will be running the generator to keep it cool.
