Finally got the truck back today. Thankfully it wasn't anything major. I don't really understand exactly what it was, but something to do with a cut off switch that sends signals to the fuel system that needed to be reset. Such a simple problem, but still cost a few hundred $ for labor and 3 days of missed (no pay) work. But again, could have been a much worse problem or could have happened while towing. So still counting blessings.
